The firm undertakes all of the construction work of a building from the foundations to the completion and delivery.
We cooperate with a number of Architects and Civil Engineers but each client can, if he/she desires, select their own Architect or Civil Engineer who will -in cooperation with us -prepare the Architectural designs and the static research of the building for the licenses.

Research for the electrical installation
Research for central heating
Research for the plumbing installation
Research for the sewage system.
If you do not have an architect then the firm can bring you in contact with the Architects it cooperates with so that you will prepare your designs.
Once the licenses are secured then our crews take over. The construction period lasts about 6 months. Shorter construction periods can be negotiated between the clients and the management of the firm.
